Let guests prepare their own pizzas in rounds of one each. While the pizzas are cooking, the guests can prepare for the next round. They will need to make two in the beginning as the second one will be cooking while they eat the first one. The host should get the first pizzas into the oven and have them work on the next round.
To get the best cooking results one should use a pre-heated pizza stone, also know as a baking stone. The heavy ceramic round or rectangular pizza stone helps distribute the oven heat better than a cookie pizza sheet. With careful handling, you can fit about four mini-pizzas onto a typical pizza stone. Don't forget to check on them periodically to see how your oven responds to the pizza stone. The kitchen will get warm after awhile from making many mini-pizzas, so it's best to have the eating area in a cooler location.
When serving the pizzas, provide plates, utensils, beverages, and napkins. Later when guests have had their fill, they can make an extra one to take home for lunch the next day. Enjoy your creations and have fun!
